SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days of being placed.
For Standard shipping, the average delivery time is 2-8 business days. Typically USPS Ground will be the carrier, although in some cases regional carriers (FEDEX or UPS) may be used that usually beat or meet USPS Ground delivery times.
For Economy shipping, the average delivery time is 3-11 business days.
We currently do not offer guaranteed USPS Saturday Delivery.
Packages will not be delivered on holidays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our professional Customer Support Team is at your service at any time. Items in new condition and original packaging can be returned up to 15 days after purchase for a refund to original payment method made on drexel-apparel.com. Returns take 7-15 business days to be processed. Once a return has been processed, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
